How to play Memory Match

Memory Match (also called Concentration or Pairs) starts with a grid of face-down cards. Every picture appears on exactly two cards. Tap or click a card to flip it face-up, then flip a second one. If the two pictures match, the pair stays revealed; if they don’t, both flip back face-down after a moment. Keep going until every pair has been found. Try to clear the board in as few moves as you can — and as fast as you can.

Pick a difficulty to set the grid size: Easy is 6 pairs, Medium is 8 pairs, and Hard is 12 pairs. Your fewest moves and best time are saved per difficulty in your browser, so you always have a personal record to beat. Everything runs entirely on your device — no account, no upload.

Tips

Flip cards in a consistent order — for example, sweep left to right across the top row first — so each new card gives you a fixed point of reference. When you reveal a card you’ve seen before, complete its pair right away instead of risking it disappearing from memory. Slow down for the first few moves to build a mental map; speed comes naturally once you remember the layout.
